14th Annual Thunder By The Bay Motorcycle Festival
Sponsored by Suncoast Charities for Children
The event begins at 7:00 pm on Friday at the Hyatt Regency
Sarasota. The event includes a ride beginning at O’Leary’s Tiki
Bar and Grill, 5 Bayfront Drive in Sarasota. Registration is
from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Sunday. The ride fee is $10.00 per
hand or three hands for $20.00. There will be ten awards of
$100.00, five awards of $200.00, two awards of $500.00 and one
award of $1000.00 to winners. A bike show will be held on Sunday
with registration from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm at an unknown
location on South Palm Avenue. The entry fee is $15.00. The show
has 15 classes and trophies will be awarded for first and second
place in each class. The event also includes music, vendors and

Orlando Harley-Davidson and Bikers Against Child Abuse Ride

The ride starts at Downtown Disney® West Side Parking Lot N,
1502 East Buena Vista Drive #B1 in Lake Buena Vista.
Registration is from 10:00 am to 11:30 am and the motorcycles
leave from 11:45 am. to 12:15 pm. The fee is a $10.00 donation
(cash or check) for each rider, and a $5.00 donation for a
passenger. The ride ends with free entertainment and food,
including live music. Donations will benefit Tri-County BACA’s

Gates open on Friday at 10 am. The event includes drag racing, a
swap meet, motorcycle show, music, contests, and more. The
motorcycle drag racing will include $10,000.00 in purses. Swap
meet with vendor space starting at $275.00. There is no entry
fee for the bike show. Trophies are awarded in the top three of
each class except for the rat class. Only a first place trophy
will be awarded for the rat class. Best in show is not a class
and is awarded $100.00. General admission is $30.00 for all
